Custom Work Agreement

By placing an order for any custom product or service, you acknowledge and agree:

• All custom work is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications
• Orders may only be canceled prior to production
• Once production has started, orders are non-refundable and cannot be reversed
• Final products may vary slightly due to handcrafted processes
• You are solely responsible for providing accurate order details

Turnbuckle Titles is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once the product matches the agreed specifications.

Customer-Sent Items (High Importance)

If you send in a belt, plates, or any materials:

• You assume all risk during shipping to Turnbuckle Titles
• You are responsible for proper packaging and insurance

Option A (Maximum Protection - Recommended):

Turnbuckle Titles is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to customer items at any time, including while in our possession, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Option B (Moderate Protection):

Turnbuckle Titles assumes responsibility only while items are in our possession.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates only.

We do not guarantee completion dates and are not liable for delays caused by workload, material availability, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to:

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in:
