Every strap we produce goes through a detailed process from start to finish. We believe in being upfront about how it works so you know exactly what to expect.

Leather Crafting

Each strap is handcrafted using high-grade leather.


Straps are cut using templates based on stock strap dimensions to ensure proper sizing and fit. For certain customizations, adjustments may be made to match a specific request.


The leather is then shaped, punched, dyed, and any additional features before finishing.

Production & Craftsmanship

Our straps are crafted by our vetted leather craftsman.

Each piece is completed with careful attention to detail before being shipped for final quality checks.

This step allows us to combine experienced, vetted craftsmanship with a process that we can closely monitor and control.

Quality Checks

Once products arrive for final checks, every single product is personally inspected.

We check for:

  • Clean and accurate stamping
  • Consistent stitching and alignment
  • Any damage from shipping
  • Proper craftsmanship and structure

If a strap does not meet our standards, it is rejected and remade. While this has not been an issue so far, we take this step seriously to ensure consistency and quality on every order.

Send-Out Strap vs Full Re-Leather

We offer two main strap options depending on what you’re looking for.

SEND-OUT STRAPS

These come fully prepared with pre-cut holes so you can install your plates yourself.

FULL RELEATHER

You send in your plates, and we handle the full installation. Screws are covered with backing for a cleaner, more finished look that is closer to TV-accurate belts.

Both options include installed snaps, with the option to upgrade to velcro if preferred.

Customization Options

We offer a range of options to tailor your strap to your preference.

These include:

  • Leather color options
  • Snap finishes (gold, silver, 24k gold upgrade)
  • Velcro upgrades
  • Belt tips
  • additional add-ons, upgrades, and accessories available

Each option is selected on product pages or in either the Upgrades & Add-ons or Accessories collections and applied during production.

Turnaround Time

Because each strap is made through a multi-step process, turnaround times can vary.

Average turnaround time range: 6-8 weeks

Delays can occasionally happen due to production volume, shipping times, or other factors outside of our control.

We do our best to keep everything moving efficiently while maintaining quality, and will contact you when facing any delays or issues with your order.

What to Expect

Our straps are designed to feel different from standard replica straps.

You can expect:

  • A softer, more flexible feel right out of the box
  • A more natural “broken-in” look and movement
  • Slight variations that come with handcrafted work

No two straps are exactly the same, and that’s part of what makes them unique and authentic.

Sending In Your Belt (Full Releather Options)

If your order includes full re-leather, you will need to send your plates to us.

We recommend:

  • Packaging your items securely to prevent movement during shipping
  • Using a tracked shipping method
  • Purchasing shipping insurance to cover your item while shipping.
